Austria’s highest wind measurement

The Energiewerkstatt is responsible for Austria’s highest wind measurement. Actually, there are two, because at 2,800 meters above sea level, two masts for wind measurement were erected in western Austria shortly before the onset of winter. Both indication measurements are equipped using 3D ultrasonic sensors so that precise data are available even at the lowest temperatures.
