Energiewerkstatt goes Cuba – training Cuban energy suppliers

In a training course organized by Energiewerkstatt, Cuban energy suppliers were given an insight into the innovative use of Vaisala’s LIDAR WindCube® for a wind project. This enables high-precision, reliable wind measurements of up to 300 meters with 20 simultaneously measured heights per second. Two Energiewerkstatt technicians carried out practical training courses, which underline both the growing importance of renewable energies and the expertise of the Energiewerkstatt and also mark a step towards a sustainable energy supply on the Caribbean island of Cuba.
