The BMVIT has commissioned the Energiewerkstatt association to continue its work in the two working groups of the IEA Wind research cooperation “Task 19 – Wind energy in cold climate zones” and “Task 32 – Wind LIDAR systems for wind energy”. In Task 19, the Energiewerkstatt leads a working group that deals with icefall risk assessments, and in Task 32, the Energiewerkstatt is involved in a leading role in the evaluation of uncertainties of LIDAR measurements in complex terrain.
